At Specsplus, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with care. This Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and manage deliveries across Sri Lanka.

1. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver across Sri Lanka.
   
• If your order requires delivery outside Sri Lanka, our team will contact you to arrange alternative options.
  
   

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

• Orders are confirmed within 1 business day of placement.
   
• Once confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.
  
   

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Within Colombo region: Same day (once the order is ready) or next business day.
   
• Outside Colombo but within Western Province: 1–2 working days.
   
• Outside Western Province: 2–5 working days.
   
• Delivery timelines may vary during promotions, holidays, or due to courier delays.
  
   

4. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery is available for orders above LKR 14,500 within Colombo, using standard delivery services.
   
• If you choose PickMe or Uber Flash for faster delivery, additional charges may apply.
   
• Orders below the free-delivery threshold will have delivery charges calculated at checkout.
  
   

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted third-party providers, including City Pak, PickMe, and Uber Flash, to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your order.

6. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive real-time tracking details via SMS/email.
   
• Tracking availability may vary depending on the delivery partner used.
  
   

7. Store Pickup Option

If you prefer to collect your order directly from our Specsplus store, please communicate with our team at the time of order confirmation.

8. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, our courier partners will re-attempt delivery or contact you.
   
• Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts or special delivery requests.
