Returns, Warranty & Refund Policy – Specsplus

At Specsplus, we’re committed to delivering quality eyewear and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our returns, warranty, refunds, and repair services.

 

1. Non-Returnable Items..

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Prescription Lenses (customized to your order)

     
  • Eyewear Accessories

     
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, scratches, or wear after purchase

     

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under these conditions:

  • Contact Lenses & Contact Lens Solutions

    • Must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

       
    • Packaging must be sealed, unopened, and untampered.

       
  • Sunglasses & Spectacle Frames (without customized prescription lenses)

    • Must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

       
    • The original bill/receipt must be presented.

       
    • Product must be in unused condition, with no defects or damage.

       

3. Warranty & Free Replacements

We cover factory defects, defined as manufacturing issues that cannot be resolved by an eyewear technician.

  • Prescription Lenses:

    • 1-year warranty for factory defects only (not covered for scratches, mishandling, or wear and tear).

       
  • Spectacle Frames & Sunglasses:

    • 1-year warranty for factory defects only (not covered for paint peeling, scratches, or misuse).

       
    • If a factory defect is found at purchase, upon delivery, or within 6 months of use, we will replace the item free of charge.

       
    • If the same model is unavailable (as we refresh designs every 6 months), an alternative product of equal value will be provided at no extra cost.

       

4. Free Wear & Tear Repairs

At Specsplus, we go beyond standard warranty:

  • We offer free wear & tear repairs for all spectacle frames and sunglasses purchased from us.

     
  • Repairs include adjustments, tightening, nose pad replacements, and minor fixes.

     
  • Please note: If major parts or lenses need replacement, additional charges may apply (we’ll always inform you beforehand).

     

5. Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued if a return is approved under this policy.

     
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

     
  • Shipping/delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

     

6. How to Make a Return, Replacement, or Repair Request

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] or 0727600800 within the eligibility period.

     
  2. Provide your original purchase receipt.

     
  3. Return the product in its original packaging (if applicable).

     
  4. Our team will inspect the item and proceed with return, replacement, refund, or repair as per this policy.
