"I came across Specsplus randomly on Instagram while looking for a medical frame, and I’m so glad I decided to visit their showroom! The prices were super reasonable, and I ended up buying both a medical frame and a pair of polarized sunglasses with my prescription lenses — all for around Rs. 55,000. The owner and staff were extremely friendly, professional, and maintained a high standard of service throughout. When I ordered my coated lenses, the team clearly explained the usual timeline — but what impressed me most was that they went out of their way to provide a spare frame with lenses while preparing the other two frames. "I made a random visit to “Specs Plus” this showroom as i had a reqiremt of Vision testing and pick a suitable frame. Finally it became an Amazing experience after all frame selecting and vision testing. It’s a small place. But well arranged, Comfortable and cozy. They have very unique collection of frame in different price ranges. I found something very different from my past spectacles. Staff of the Showroom Ms Sachini (Optometrist) and Mr Hubaish (Admin) were very helpful & friendly. Among all Ms Sachini did a very high end Job helping to select a frame by reading the customer requirement and the shape of the face. Further more, Ms Sachini showed her well matured and stable knowledge in her “Optometrist” profession by performing a smooth and accurate vision testing session and explaining the process as necessary. One more special thing this showroom has the latest electronic machines for testing with Auto Refractor keratometer unit and Electronic Phoropter Unit. I surely recommend this place to any one with Vision requirement. Hope management will pay enough attesting to maintain the quality and the attitude."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. That was the strength of their service and product. We recently purchased a pair of spectacles for myself and my mother. They were patient enough to walk my mom through all her questions, the costs, what she really needs and so on. For me it has always been very hard to find a reasonable priced product due to extremely weak eyesight. Usually my lenses itself cross 40,000 at least. With Specsplus I was able to buy the entire pair (frame + lens) for less than that!!!! I reached out to them seeing a random advert, and boy am I please that I did. Excellent service both prior to the visit and post. They have a lovely selection of frames as well. They do their own in-house frames and lenses. Thank you!!!"

"Been wanting to buy a new specs pair I came across this gem, specsplus on Instagram located in Havelock area. Visited the place to check it out and to my surprise they had a wide range of specs and sunglasses which are definitely affordable and mostly stylish. Staff was attentive to my needs and got the pair ready promptly without any hiccups. I definitely recommend this place if you're shopping around for a new pair of specs or sunglasses"
